Poor Jud is Daid
So yes, I volunteered to play in the pit for Oklahoma, and I must say it is kind of boring. It's no fault of the conductor or the orchestra, it's just that the trombone part is kinda dull, and the production isn't all that interesting. It is good however since I'm getting some face time on the horn and have something musical to occupy my time with.
Summer is winding through in a hurry...only 2 more weddings before it's over (how sad is it when I keep track of time by the amount of weddings attended?). I'm pretty stoked for next weekend's wedding, as it is for my high school bud Andrea, and I'll be able to see a bunch of HS folks I usually only see at New Year's. It should be a raucous time.
Sorry for the boring post, but nothing really stimulating has been happening. That, and when you have show tunes running through your head constantly it makes stringing together intelligent thought nearly impossible.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOklahoma...
That's enough.
