Perpetuating a tired stereotype...givin' us a bad name.

Aaaah! Some of the people in my profession make me sick. Why is it that band directors can't keep their filthy hands off of their students?!!? How could someone abuse their position and their responsibility by doing something so incredibly stupid?!?! I have a couple of friends who have gotten jobs due to the inappropriate actions of their predecessors, and know of other schools who have caught their band teachers with their pants down.

And here it is again!

It is these people who continually perpetuate the stereotype of the creepy band teacher who is always hitting on their students. They abuse the unique relationships that can develop as a result of having the same students for many years, in such a personal environment where music is made, trips are taken, etc.

KNOCK IT THE FREAK OFF!
