Things that happened long ago...

So things here in Washington have been going pretty great. We've been aimlessly driving around, seeing the sights, doing some geo-caching...typical tourist fare. Had dinner with Greg Van Sickle at Bob's Burger's and Booze, and got him up to speed with what had been going on back in the midwest.

While wandering through the historical Fairhaven district of Bellingham, we came across some interesting finds. All along the sidewalks, roads, and randomly in the woods are concrete slabs commemerating events or people/places that once existed or happened on that spot. Some of them are quite hilarious.
