Interview'd'd'd...done

Welp, it's over and done. I made it to Menomonie Middle School, and had my interview. Holy crap, was it standardized! In order to insure fairness and equality to each candidate, they had a script of questions (which I was able to look at), and a score sheet, which they checked boxes and made notes whenever I said something. It was kind of unnerving. They had no questions about classroom management, and never asked anything personal, like who I was, what I liked to do.

Aside from that, I think it went well. A couple of questions threw me off, but I still think I answered them well, and did so sincerely. I saw Jill Jaeckel walk in the building while they were interviewing me...I hope she did well! They'll be informing candidates of their decision by early-mid next week.
