The weinerist of weiner kids
Today I started rehearsing the elementary kids on stage with risers for their spring program. They're just so darn cute, I want to vomit...
No really, it went fine, but it's really not my thing. The kids are prepared and they're singing fine, but I just want to get it over with. I'm really excited at how the band is sounding, so that part will be really good. Talk to me after May 9th, and I'll be a happy dude.
Speaking of happy, I'm headed to Eau Sleezy after work tomorrow. Gonna go to PMA initation, and try not to be too much of a wet blanket at the afterwords, but I gotta tell you, I'll probably be pretty tired. Thank goodness Lester scored some sweet Ale. I'm really looking forward to Saturday night with the big band bash. You should probably go.
I went to my future brother-in-law's Jazz concert on Tuesday, where Mr. Baca was the guest artist. He was surprised but pleased to see me, and he did a really good job with the kids. I stand by my philosophy on that man: he knows so much more and so much less than you think. He's a very amazing individual.
