Brew-tastic!

This will be a weekend of epic scale! Bright an early tomorrow I head out on a grand sojourn to unite with fellow baseball-lovers in Milwaukee, which is Algonquin for "the good land." We will arrive with plenty of time to sit in lawn chairs in the parking lot and grill/drink before the game starts. We will then head inside (ha! the Brewers have an outdoor park!) and watch Twins baseball the way it was meant to be...in the National League! I mean outside!!! It will be a taste of what's to come, because the legislature finally passed the Twins stadium bill (or at least it's close enough that people think it will pass). Amazing.

On a not so happy note, I got my first rejection letter today from Norwood Young America school district. Apparently I was one of 36 who applied, and they only interviewed six. Yikes. That's a lot of competition...I think. No wonder why my phone has been silent. Oh well, keep those hopes up!
