Inconsequential!
Yes, I know it's been awhile since my last post. While I am happy to be posting again, I'm afraid the content of this post bears little interest or consequence, but I need to broadcast this news:
I beat Final Fantasy XII.
It took me almost 68 hours (not consecutive mind you), but I did it. I didn't mean to do it. I sat down in front of the TV, knowing very well that I still had work to do, when I got into an area that I could not escape (with no save point! What was I to do?) Before I knew it, the credits were rolling.
Man, that's almost 3 straight days of playing one video game. That's nuts. Just think of all the amazing things I could have done with that time.
But man, I beat it. It was good. Haven't had a satisfying gaming experience like that, well...ever.
Now, what am I going to teach tomorrow?

That's probably my biggest peeve with FF 12 -- weird or no save points. I'm stuck at the beginning where you're on the airship and you have to get back to the something or other and then that Judge guy comes and beats the shit out of me. And repeat. I might have to start over, because I didn't level up enough first and I don't have enough crap. It took me 5-6 tries to beat that stupid electrical spider thing. Dang it.
congrats!!! I keep trying to finish FF11, I'm on the second disk, I've just lost the desire to finish it. I miss Aeris....
